| Skills required | Active Luton is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Activity Leader/Lifeguard Coordinator to join the friendly team at Inspire Luton Sports Village
If you're ambitious, flexible, committed and passionate then this role could be for you.
As an Activity Leader/Lifeguard Coordinator you’ll be a key part of the operational team, coordinating the day-to-day running of the leisure centre, and stepping-up as shift leader as required. The day is varied and includes liaising with customers, setting up sessions, poolside duties and ensuring the centre runs smoothly and safely.
We pride ourselves on developing our teams and there are flexible entry levels depending on your experience but you will need to hold your NPLQ qualification. |
