Skills requiredEssential Skills & Experience:

Experience delivering 1:1 behavioural interventions, ideally in stop smoking or lifestyle change support.

Excellent interpersonal skills – able to motivate others, demonstrate empathy, and build trust.

Confident using IT systems for case recording and data entry (e.g., DCRS or similar).

Strong organisational skills with good timekeeping and the ability to work independently.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Desirable:

NCSCT Level 2 Stop Smoking Practitioner Training (or willingness to complete).

Experience of health promotion or outreach within diverse communities.

Ability to generate interest and referrals through engagement and networking.
