Skills required | Active Luton has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and motivated individual to assist in the development and delivery of health and physical activities within the community. You will be supporting adults and young people with mental and physical conditions with a focus on long-term conditions, such as COPD, Cancer and Cardiovascular disease. |

Job role notes | The successful applicant will have experience of working in health, social or community care, working in direct contact with service users. You will need good communication skills, and be able to use Excel, Word and competently collect data and input it.
Travel between sites will be required and will include regular evening work and occasional weekends.
