Skills requiredWe are looking for a friendly customer services apprentice to join our library team. You will gain practical experience, develop key skills and earn a nationally recognised qualification. You will welcome and assist library users and carry out a wide range of daily library tasks such as registration, answering queries and supporting the use of digital services. We will need to contribute to the development and planning of a wide range of activities and events including the delivery of sessions and activities for both children and adults.
Job role notesThe apprenticeship has a duration of 18 months and on successful completion could potentially lead to a contractual position.

24 hours per week

Wednesday - 12.45-18.15
Thursday - 08.45-18.15
Friday - 12.45-18.15
Saturday 09.15 - 13.15
