We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Activity Leader – Soft Play to help lead the day-to-day operation of our busy Soft Play Centre. You’ll play a key role in ensuring children and families have a safe, fun, and engaging experience. Working under the guidance of the Duty Manager, you’ll support a range of activities including delivering children’s parties, supervising team members, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining cleanliness across the facility.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading and supporting the delivery of children’s parties, events, and other fun activities
• Making sure the Soft Play Centre meets health & safety standards
• Carrying out cleaning and basic maintenance duties
• Engaging with customers and resolving queries in a polite and professional manner
• Acting as keyholder and covering for the Duty Manager when required
• Handling petty cash, floats, and stock

This is a full-time role with a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. (This will be discussed at interview)
