Skills required | Receive bookings, enquiries and telephone calls at the reception desk. Giving information and advice where appropriate to all users and user groups.
Efficient operation of cash registers/ticketing machines/computerised management information booking systems/ electronic mail, using Windows based packages. Undertake duties relating to cash floats and monies received maintaining accurate records of such transactions, security and audit trails from all areas of centre business.
Carry out administrative tasks associated with the Centre, - including bookings, sales, hires, ticketing systems etc. and any other appropriate records and administration needs |
